This video was released a day before Derrick J. Production for the new content of this video (excluding the Season 4 clips) took place in-between July and August 1999 after Season 6 wrapped up production. On May 12, 2000, this video was featured in the Blockbuster Exclusive video, " Barney's Favorite Songs" (along with " Barney's Musical Scrapbook"). " Barney's Musical Scrapbook" appears as a bonus video on the DVD release of this video. The arrangement of the song is also similar to " Barney in Concert", Seasons 1, 2, and 3. The VHS version of this video shows a commercial of Barney at Universal Studios, Florida, including the " I Love You" song. When Barney pulls the hat off Baby Bop's head, we see that one of her feathers came out. Another time Barney does not turned back into a doll at the end. The plush doll was not used at that time. 
Then, Barney is seen coming out of his closet with a ladder. Instead, BJ is seen pulling Baby Bop in her wagon, and a bunch of stuff comes flying out of Barney's closet.
The sixth time Barney is not seen coming to life. The first time Baby Bop and BJ appear before Barney. However, the kids were seen in some clips from Season 4 episodes.
